Instructions: Completed the form below. On the day of pickup, I will drive to the pickup location. I will notify you upon my arrival, at which time you will make a trip request through your Uber rider app. Confirm in your app that I am your requested driver. I will then accept the trip, and then we proceed as a regular Uber trip.
For Lyft Riders (Gainesville, FL ONLY): Using the Lyft rider app, make an advanced reservation. Then complete the form below, specitying Lyft as the rideshare TNC. Upon receipt of your request, I will log into the Lyft Driver app, and accept the advance booking request. This is for Gainesville, FL riders ONLY!
Advanced Booking on this website IS NOT clipping, as the rider must still use the Uber or Lyft app to make a trip request.
